PricewaterhouseCoopers Macedonia is pleased to inform you that as a result of the successfully completed PayWell Salary and Benefits Survey 2010, 2011 and 2012, we are inspired and encouraged to continue with the Salary Survey this year also. The aim of the survey is providing you with reliable information on compensation, benefits and relevant HR policies, as well as with comparative market data. In this regard, we are pleased to invite you to participate in our PayWell Macedonia 2013 Salary and Benefits survey, that will result in a detailed report on compensation and benefits policies, operated by the companies active on the Macedonian market.
The PayWell Macedonia 2013 Report will contain valuable information on compensation and benefits and overall reward management. Our experience shows that those companies that put in place effective reward and compensation program will achieve the greatest level of success in the increasingly competitive market environment.
Salary and benefits data will be collected throughout January and February and will be based on the data as at 31 December 2013. We intend to issue the PayWell Macedonia 2013 Report in February/March 2014. The Report will contain information on participants’ anticipated changes to compensation and benefits, so can be used when considering changes to your overall compensation and reward offering for 2014.
The PayWell Macedonia 2013 uses the PricewaterhouseCoopers STRATA job matching methodology which enables us to evaluate and then compare job positions on the basis of role and responsibility rather than on the basis of formal job title. We believe our job matching methodology as well as our selection of the companies makes this Survey unique on the Macedonian market.
