Poster-A4-Sansa-za-zivot-ENG-corrThe company OKTA together with the pop singers Lozano, Rennata Kralevska, Viktor Apostolovski and Natalija Slaveva and the children’s choir, Zlatno Slavejche, are calling all citizens and companies to join the campaign, Chance for Life, with the song “Every day is a chance for life.” The song is another activity of the campaign initiated by OKTA that is creating awareness and raising donations to equip and improve conditions in the Intensive Care Unit of the Childrens’ Clinic, where prematurely born babies fight for life.

“So far we have managed to buy a new incubator, new aspirators and perfusors and serviced three existing incubators. Despite this significant contribution, the department has a need of additional donations, since its capacity is still limited. Therefore together with the Children’s Clinic we have decided to continue with the campaign this year as well. We hope that we will have even bigger response and will succeed to do even more”, said the Manager for CSR and Communications in OKTA, Marija Stavreva.

The author of the lyrics Rennata Kralevska together with the other artists who became part of the campaign believe that involvement and support from all who can help is necessary in order to cause a real positive change. Therefore they invite everybody to share the song and thus enable more people to accept the idea and join the campaign for equipping this Department at the Children’s Clinic in Skopje.

From the Clinic are also saying that the donations are more than needed. and that they hope for a further support from the citizens and the companies.

“We are happy that the campaign continues this year too, expecting that the donations will be increased and a real chance will be given to these babies who are fighting for life every day. Last year we have managed significantly to equip the department, but believe me, we need even more donations, because from them depends the normal functioning of the department”, said Dr. Radica Muratovska from the Children’s Clinic.

The means of donation remain the same, through the open telephone lines for donations 070/075/077 14 33 33, the possibility for minimal donation of 100 MKD in the marked donation boxes at OKTA’s gas stations and various other locations, where the citizens are getting a bracelet with the campaign logo as its supporters, as well as the specialized account of the campaign in Stopanska Banka – 200002709659393.
