Customer Loyalty is Makpetrol’s Success November 24, 2015

Makpetrol-VernaAlmost a year ago, Makpetrol introduced its Loyalty Program, “Verna” and by now, 50 000 new members have joined. Makpetrol celebrated this huge success at the Honda Center premises by preparing gifts and awards for the fifty thousandth member of the program, as well as for the Head of the Petrol Station Partizanska 002 who made largest number of admission cards.

The success of one company can be measured only by the number of its satisfied and loyal customers. In order to achieve this, in the past several years, Makpetrol as modern and market-oriented company, intensively invested in acquiring high quality products and services. The customers recognized this effort and awarded us by giving us their trust and continuously cooperating with us. The Verna Loyalty Program, is our award for customers’ trust” – said Mishko Tasevski, Makpetrol’s Marketing Sector Manager.

Through the Verna Program, customers get points for each loaded liter of fuel, as well as for other products purchased at Makpetrol Petrol Stations. The gathered points can be used for purchase of other products at the petrol stations.
