As of today, March 1, 2016 Jovan Radosavljevic assumes the position of General Manager of Pivara Skopje. He comes to this position after Aleksandar Ruzevic, who has been promoted to the position of General Manager of Coca-Cola HBC Serbia and Montenegro.
“I will make my best endeavours for Pivara Skopje to continue on its growth path by focusing on building trusted relationships with our customers, increasing the love for the brands among our consumers, and ensuring further sustainable development and investments in the community,” Jovan Radosavljevic stated in his first statement upon assuming the position of General Manager of Pivara Skopje.
He comes to this position from the position of a Commercial Manager of Coca-Cola HBC in Romania, where in the past three years, thanks to his strategic leadership and consistent approach in turning market opportunities into positive results, the company has achieved double-digit growth in sales of the Coca-Cola portfolio and a significant market share. The success of Radosavljevic and his team on the market in Romania is owing to, among other things, the development of a very strong & capable commercial team, resulting in further strengthening the employees’ motivation and complete orientation towards the market demand, which has ultimately boosted the satisfaction with the quality of service and the trust in the company.
Immediately after graduating at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade in 1998, Jovan Radosavljevic began his career in Coca-Cola HBC in Serbia, where in 14 years he went through all stages of development in the commercial sector of the company. In the capacity of Chief Sales Manager for Serbia and Montenegro, he demonstrated strong leadership when the company achieved extraordinary sales results and continued winning on the market.
