PwC led an M2M Info session on their PayWell 2016 Salary & Benefits Survey.
The participants had a chance to hear about PayWell’s main benefits and advantages:
– Reliable information on compensation, benefits and relevant HR policies, as well as with comparative market data;
– Detailed report on compensation and benefits policies, operated by the companies active on the Macedonian market;
– Overall reward management information.
Salary and benefits data collected will be based on the data as of 30 June 2016.
The PayWell Macedonia 2016 uses the PricewaterhouseCoopers STRATA job matching methodology, which enables PwC to evaluate and then compare job positions on the basis of role and responsibility rather than on the basis of formal job title. PwC’s job matching methodology as well as company selection makes this Survey unique to the Macedonian market. This is the sixth year in a row the survey is being conducted.
