To kick of the fall events season, AmCham is hosting another opportunity for members to learn from one another on September 20th from 10:00 – 12:00 . The topic of this session will be “Efficient 21st Century Leadership Styles” with Marjan Bojadziev, Rector at University American College Skopje (UACS), and Makedonska Dimitrova, Assistant Lecturer at UACS and Director of the Scientific Board at the UACS Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development Institute.
Participants will learn practical skills and a variety of tools that they can apply directly to their everyday work. As a bonus in this session, all participants will be provided with general information on UACS programs and vouchers for access to Harvard Business Review online (€150 value) and a discount on UACS study programs (€50 value).

Prof. Marjan I. Bojadziev, PhD is a Rector of UACS since 2010. As an experienced manager and former director of several medium-sized companies and banks in Republic of Macedonia. He has a wealth of experience in keeping the employees as the most important resource especially in the service companies.
He is an entrepreneur, visionary and leader, a member of over 20 international professional organizations and a professor of courses: ‘Organizational Behavior’, ‘Leadership’, ‘Sales Management’ and ‘International Business’ at University American College Skopje.
Prof. Makedonka Dimitrova, MPPM has 19 years of working experience, of which 10 are in managerial positions in international companies and organizations, NGOs and higher education. She is an assistant in courses from the field of management and also she is a Director of the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development of UACS.
The research activity is realized in the domain of entrepreneurship and the development of family businesses. Prof.Dimitrova is the Ambassador of Energy Globe for Republic of Macedonia.
